SCHOOL YEAR 2023 - 2024

HOW TO PAY TUITION:The easiest way to pay your tuition is thought our Brightwheel app. We would rather not spend your money on fees, you can help us be good stewards of your money by choosing the ACH (bank draft) option instead of using a credit/debit card.  We also accept cash or check payments.

PAYMENT
Registration Fee: $75 ($60 for additional siblings)
Tuition: $250/month ($230 for additional siblings) due the first of every month
Supply Fee: $50/semester (August and January)
A registration fee is required to hold a place for your child. This $75 fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional siblings can be registered for $60 each. To ensure a place for your child, early registration is encouraged as enrollment is based on order of registration and availability for each age group. You may enroll your child for either Monday/Wednesday classes OR Tuesday/Thursday classes - but not both.

TUITION DETAILS: Tuition is $250 and is due on the first of every month. Tuition for additional siblings is $230 each. Tuition is based on days registered, not days attended. Our tuition is an annual rate calculated into monthly payments. There will be no reduction for holidays, breaks, inclement weather or illness. All accounts must be kept current. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee is charged.

Tuition payments can be paid by check, cash, or using our online payment link.  Please make checks payable to SPCC with your child's name and PDO in the memo line.

ABSENCES:If your child will be absent, please notify us if possible so we can plan for the day. No price adjustments will be made for absences. This includes times the school is closed for holidays or other occasions because tuition is based on the total number of school days.

WITHDRAWAL:Notification of withdrawal from the school for any purpose must be given to the director by the 15th of the month to avoid paying the following month's tuition. If the notification is after the 15th of the month, the tuition for the following month would need to be paid.

PRIORITY REGISTRATION:Priority Registration will be available to current PDO families on January 8, 2024.
Registration will open to Southpointe Community Church families the week after current PDO families.
Registration will open up to the public the week after that.
